Child Users

As a result, our website makes requests to Facebook’s servers in order to display images and videos. We use Google Calendar to display events and important information pertaining to different subsets of our community. How Long We Retain Your Data
When completing a form for an Event or processing a donation request, your data is used to for the specific transaction and the information is stored for the following amount of time to ensure that your request and future requests are correctly processed. All credit card and purchasing information is not recorded and is secured immediately by Blackbaud Merchant Services ( https://www.blackbaud.com/company/privacy-policy/north-america). The comments, contact information, email, phone, name and other similar information will be kept for a period of time proportional to the user’s relationship with Clelian Heights. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Security
Any credit card or other method of payment you use will be handled by a third-party payment processor that will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining your information under its own terms and policies, including whether any of that information is shared with us and, if so, under what conditions. We do not permanently store credit card information provided to us via the website either on or outside the website.
