Clelian Heights is a licensed, private, non-profit, educational, vocational and residential facility for children and adults with developmental disabilities. It is owned and operated by the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a community of religious women working in education and human services. Founded in 1961, Clelian Heights is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania through the Departments of Education and Public Welfare.
The Mission of Clelian Heights is to provide spiritual, educational, and vocational programs for children and adults with developmental challenges that enhance their quality of life and maximize their potential for independent living.
